A mixed bag today on the podcast, recorded during a walk with Luna Bhuna.

To tie it into the ‘midlife’ / 49er theme I guess there are some things that kick in during midlife so you get a bit of:

• My knee not happy at being exercised
• Being delighted at the knowledge that my daughter discussed the Budget at work
• The issue of recycling being much discussed
• Being acutely aware of the disparities between those that can afford a f*** off house, and those who cannot.

What do you mean a f*** off house?

The F*** Off House is a real place that exists on the outskirts of the village I live in, so called because of its size and the fact that it has signs everywhere that essentially tell you to “F*** off”.
