Creating this platform has been a true labour of love, rooted in my own personal experience of upward social mobility and the sadness (and, let’s be honest, guilt) that came with realising that so many people who grew up in places and families like mine won’t get those same opportunities.
I know this is an experienced shared by many others in my position – and in your organisations.
But alongside the frustration came a huge drive to want to do something positive that would showcase all the good that is out there and offer people a signpost to organisations who are doing brilliant work right now.
